hipcat design was founded by Luis and Margie Araquistain, a couple who hold a great admiration for modern and Art Deco styles. Margie, a certified web designer of the Center for Electronic Arts in San Francisco, lends a wonderfully artistic eye, while Luis, a member of the HTML Writers Guild, lends a skillful hand in coding html, php and SQL. they are the 'art and science' behind hipcat design.
